As a seasoned consultant and adviser for blue chip wellness companies she has effectively advised and improved people architecture and infrastructures in a variety of beauty, health and wellness markets.
Avril's skills in people training have underpinned her consultancy skills in the rapidly expanding spa and leisure area. Avril has created spa training and implementation programmes for the development and delivery of unique wellness treatments that have generated significant ROI and added value to the conventional range of spa treatments. Fiona Faulkner Fiona is the Co-Director of Jade Wellness. Fiona and Avril work together as a consultancy for Spa and Wellness Centres. Their focus is to make spa's and wellness centres eco-firendly.
Fiona is also fully trained therapist and has also taught with Avril at Jade College. Fiona is also a PR and Marketing expert and has extensive experience with the Media both on Radio and TV.
